Spanish style villa

It started with a dream project. Inspired by Spanish villas and the hot climate, they wanted to create their “little Spain” in Poland. The search for the perfect space took several years, but when they found a plot of land near Wrocław, they were sure that this was it!

And so a modern building was created, in contrasting colors of white and graphite, surrounded by a large garden and open space around the plot.

Such a modern project required appropriate development of the area around it, which is why the investors decided to use external stoneware tiles around the house, which are distinguished by their rich patterns and modern design. 2 and 3 cm thick slabs were used on the driveway, sidewalks, garden paths, terraces and balconies. Thanks to this, investors can use the space and enjoy a product that is easy to maintain and extremely durable.
